Over Twenty-five years ago, the Filippazzo family began a tradition of serving delicious pizza and Italian specialties, prepared only with the finest ingredients from time-honored recipes. Today, Pietro’s serves unmatched taste and quality for lunch and dinner. Every morning at Pietro’s dough is made fresh on site then proofed in a temperature-controlled environment. Then we toss it by hand and bake it using a stone gas oven. We only use 100 percent whole milk mozzarella cheese – always fresh, never frozen! Food is our passion.
State of the art equipment and a customized décor package enhance the Pietro’s experience. Each location is uniquely designed and tailored with the latest lighting and equipment, including authentic brick ovens, giving Pietro’s a cutting edge look.
