Today, Pietro’s serves unmatched taste and quality for lunch and dinner. Every morning at Pietro’s, dough is made fresh on site then proofed in a temperature-controlled environment. Then we toss it by hand and bake it using a stone gas oven. We only use 100 percent whole milk mozzarella cheese – always fresh, never frozen!

We are a local owner, and operator of quick service restaurants, serving a wide variety of Italian specialty foods under the "Pietro’s Neighborhood Pizzeria", "Pietro’s Italian Kitchen" and “Presto By Pietro’s” names. Our diverse menu offering includes pizza, calzone, pasta and other hot and cold Italian entrees. We also serve salads, sandwiches, tiramisu and other Italian pastries and beverages. All of our entrees are prepared fresh daily in each restaurant using special recipes developed by us.
